Upon becoming aware of such infringements, we will remove this content immediately.

Enquiries to these contact points will be processed within the statutory time limit. Complaints from users about editorial content can be submitted via an internal complaints system in the app; they may also contact arbitration boards or supervisory authorities.
NetzDG (Network Enforcement Act)
The "SCANDICDEV" app complies with the statutory requirements of the Network Enforcement Act to improve law enforcement in social networks. Complaints about obviously unlawful content can be reported directly in the app. Reports are examined without delay and unlawful content is removed. Server locations and security
The servers for our digital offerings are located in high-security data centres in Boston (USA) and Zurich (Switzerland). Operation is carried out by the Swiss host ASPECTRA using modern encryption (AES with 4096-bit keys in CBC mode).
In addition, all data are mirrored in the data vaults of Iron Mountain and monitored around the clock by AI-based systems. In the event of an attack, operations can be relocated to redundant servers at short notice.
Payments for subscriptions are processed via certified payment service providers such as PayPal, Stripe, Klarna or credit card companies; credit card data are not stored on our servers.
Notice on stock exchange information
Through exclusive partners, the "SCANDICDEV" supply international stock exchanges such as the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, the New York Stock Exchange, the Tokyo Stock Exchange, the London Stock Exchange and others. Stock prices and financial information are collected with the greatest possible care; however, no guarantee is given for timeliness, accuracy or completeness.
Protection of minors
The "SCANDICDEV" supports initiatives for the protection of minors. The app offers filter and control options for parents and references to the ICRA classification (Internet Content Rating Association).
Legal effect
This imprint is part of the digital offering of the "SCANDICDEV". Should individual formulations not correspond to the current legal situation, the remaining parts of the imprint remain unaffected in terms of content and validity.
